Mr. C. M. Gupta
President
Mr. C. M. Gupta is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. He has an experience of 23 years in Nationalized Bank. He has been associated with Gurgaon Industrial Association (1994-1995) as Vice President and Dhanuka Employees Cooperative Thrift & Credit Society Limited, Aashirwad Cooperative Group Housing Society Limited (1998-1999) & (2000-2001) as President. He is a winner of “Cooperative Excellence Award” for Meritorious Services to the cause of Cooperatives from Delhi Govt. on 20th November 2000. Presently he is a Director in Megh Gram Fab Pvt. Ltd and working as President (Purchase) with the Company.

Mr. G.D Gupta
President
Mr. G. D. Gupta is a Commerce Graduate. Before joining the Company he worked for Punjab National Bank. Presently he is working as President with the Company and looking after Commercial Department.

Mr. K. B. Kejariwal
President
Mr. K. B. Kejariwal is Bachelor in Engineering. He has over 44 years of experience and technically sound knowledge and wisdom in his area. Presently he heads the Company’s manufacturing units as President.

Dr. O.P. Singh
President
Dr. O. P. Singh, Ph.D. in Entomology, served Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Viswa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh for 28 years in various capacities. His research on ‘Soybean Insect Pests and their Management’ got National as well as International recognition. He was also invited to U.S.A. for a presentation on ‘Soybean Insect Pests’ in the World Soybean Conference. He has published over 250 research papers in prestigious International and National journals and elected President, Vice President, Counselor of several Professional Societies and also authored 5 books which are being frequently referred to by students, teachers and researchers. Dr. Singh is working since 18 years in Dhanuka and has introduced number of new pesticides in India in technical collaboration with foreign collaborators.

Mr. R. K. Kanodia is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University. Before joining the Company, he has rich experience in diversified areas such as Textile Industries, Iron & Steel & Real Estate. Presently he is looking after Production as President of the Company.

Mr. V.K. Bansal
President
Mr. V. K. Bansal is a Chartered Accountant and has put in more than 28 years in the organization. Company has grown under his leadership and tireless efforts. He has served in various capacities including Personnel and now to Finance, Account, Audit & Secretarial Department. Successfully implemented ERP and strong systems in the company. Dhanuka is seen in the investor circle with respect. He played a key role at time of Right issue, Merger of Various Group Companies and ISO Certification in the organization. The Management deposes high degree of trust and in recognition has conferred many awards on him.

Mr. Rajesh Sahni
Vice President
Mr. Rajesh Sahni joined the organization more than 30 years ago. An old stalwart who served in various capacities including Personnel and now to heads Legal Department. Conversant with all the laws related to our Industry specially Insecticides Act. He has very good track record of successes to his name in ensuring organization’s reputation in various forum of ethical business practices and high quality of Products.

Vice President
Mr. Vijay Kumar is Post Graduate in Science having specialization in Chemistry and did Masters in Technology. He is also diploma holder in Management. He is techno-commercial person and troubleshoot with ease. He has work experience in his field for over 30 years. Presently he is working as Vice President (Quality Control)in the Company.

Mr. Y.K. Goel
Vice President
Mr. Y.K. Goel is B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 1973 from NIT, Krukshetra University. He worked for Hyderabad Industrial Limited for 8 years and joined the Company in 1988. He was instrumental in setting up manufacturing facilities at Udhampur and upgrading the existing facilities at Gurgaon Factory. He was actively involved in obtaining ISO and other Quality Certifications for the Company. Presently he is looking after Production as Vice President.

Vice President
Mr. Harsh Dhanuka is working as Vice President - Sales of the Company. He did his Masters in Business Administration from Monash Graduate Business School, Monash University. He has been associated with Naukri.Com in the recent past and gained experience through various training programmes within the Company.

Mr. Ankur Dhanuka
General Manager
Mr. Ankur Dhanuka – MBA in HR & Marketing has been associated with the organization since 2006. He has around 15 years of cross industry experience in IT, Media and Education Industry. Winner of HR Value Creator Award for Excellence in Change and Transformation in 2017 and Most Influential HR leaders in India @ World HRD Congress – 24th edition in 2016, he is extremely passionate about his work and ensures that Dhanuka has an energetic, innovative and ambitious team to fuel its Aspiration. Over the years his leadership skills and determined effort has helped the organization to grow with people and technology together, which has resulted in successful implementation of some major people and IT excellence projects. Currently his major focus is towards undertaking various initiatives to develop organization capability and make Dhanuka a Great Place to Work.

Mr. Kamal Kumar
Senior General Manager
He is a post graduate from Faculty of Management Studies Delhi University. He is a visiting faculty in some of the top B Schools of the country in Agriculture namely Manage Hyderabad, Vamnicom Pune, NIAM Jaipur, IABM Bikaner, IIPM and AMITY. Holding 44 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with diverse portfolio, he is also Life Member of National HRD Net-work. Presently he is working as Senior General Manager and looking after Recruitment and Training for the Company.

Mr. Ashok Mahajan
Senior General Manager
Mr. Ashok Mahajan graduated in Science from Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Sagar MP is serving the Company since June 1982. The dynamic Mr. Ashok Mahajan has donned many caps in Dhanuka since 1982. Under his leadership, organization achieved new heights in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh and now as General Manager, he is leading young and dynamic team of Branding & Advertising Department. During his long career with the Company, he got unique opportunity to experience all facets of marketing mix and this makes him truly a master of all trades. His methodical approach and eye for detail have added value to the organization’s growth and which makes him a true asset for the Company.

He did B.Sc. in Botany from Mumbai University. Before joining Dhanuka he served various Organisation’s including Mercury Pharmaceutical, Sandoz (India) Limited, Sudarshan Chemical Industries and United Phosphorus in various capacities. His excellence in service was recognised at various fronts. He has also served Eastern India Crop Care Association at President and Vice President level. Holding the experience of serving Agrochemicals Industry for 42 years he is presently working with the Company as General Manager.

He has more than four decades of experience in marketing Agro Chemicals. He was associated with Coromandal Indag and Dupont. A strong development person who has been engaged in Agri Extension on diverse crops in different geographies in Andhra Pardesh. Presently working as Business Manager with the Company.

Senior General Manager
He did his Masters in Science (Agri) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (West Bengal). Before joining the Company, he has worked with Hoechst India Ltd, Syngenta India Ltd, PI Industries in various capacities. He started as Senior Area Manager in the Company for looking after Tea Business in North Bengal took the Company to Number 1 position in Tea segment and first ever > 100 kl sales of a premium Acricide. Presently he is working as General Manager in the Company.
