Established in 2023, Our state-of-the-art technical manufacturing facility is located in Dahej, Gujarat, spanning 38 acres with an approved land utilization of 74,849 square meters. This facility marks a significant milestone in Dhanuka Agritech Limited’s journey toward cutting-edge agrochemical technical manufacturing. At Dhanuka, we go beyond manufacturing—we are committed to delivering high-quality specialty chemicals, intermediates, and agrochemicals through innovative solutions. The Dahej plant reflects our dedication to technological advancement and our mission to provide best-in-class agri-input services.

Our multipurpose facility is equipped with advanced infrastructure, meticulously designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Glass-lined and stainless-steel reactors for precise chemical synthesis
Specialized process equipment including distillation systems, vacuum pumps, steam ejectors, ANFD, and RVD
Advanced milling systems such as hammer mills and multi mills for particle size optimization
Environmental control systems including gas scrubbers, MEE, and ATFD
DCS (Distributed Control System) for optimal process control
VFD-equipped motors for energy-efficient operations

Multi-stage effluent treatment systems: 300 KLD ETP, 30 KLD Fenton, and 50 KLD MEE

Hazardous waste management in compliance with TSDF protocols
Domestic wastewater recycling via STP(60 KLD) for gardening use
1,200 KW solar power project under development for renewable energy integration
