Sixer is a combination of Mancozeb 63% WP (a contact fungicide of the dithiocarbamate group) and Carbendazim 12% WP (a systemic fungicide of the benzimidazole carbamate group). Its multi-site protective and curative action inhibits spore germination, providing double protection (internal and external).
Sixer inhibits fungal development by interfering with spindle formation during mitosis (cell division). It also affects the fungal nervous system by inhibiting spore germination and biochemical processes within the fungal pathogen cell.
